1.准备食材

2.牛肉洗净,冷水下锅。

3.烧开后放葱姜撇去浮沫煮5分钟后捞出。

4.将包入纱布的香料和牛肉放入锅中加热水(水面没过牛肉即可)。倒入料酒、酱油。

7.烧开后转小火酱。
